Operator
The arena is operated by Arena X VR Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17177646. These guidelines apply to all guests and visitors to the venue.
Before You Play
All players must read and sign our digital waiver before entering the arena. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any player under 18. You will be briefed by a marshal before every session.
Age & Health Restrictions
The minimum age for the free-roam arena is 8 years old. VR is not recommended for guests who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy or seizure disorders, severe motion sickness, recent head/neck/eye injuries, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If in doubt, speak to your GP before playing.
In the Arena
Players must follow marshal instructions at all times. No running into walls, jumping on equipment, or removing the headset mid-session without alerting a marshal. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Long hair must be tied back. Loose jewellery, bags and sharp objects must be left in our lockers.
Headsets & Hygiene
All headsets are sanitised between sessions with antibacterial wipes and UV light. Disposable hygiene liners are provided on request. Please do not share headsets mid-session.
Motion Sickness
A small percentage of players experience nausea, dizziness or disorientation in VR. If you feel unwell, remove the headset, sit down, and notify a marshal immediately. Do not drive for at least 15 minutes after a session.
Accessibility
Most experiences offer seated and standing modes. The venue is wheelchair accessible with an accessible WC. Please contact us at info@arenax-vr.com before booking so we can prepare the right experience for your group.
Emergencies
The venue is fitted with fire detection, first aid kits and a defibrillator. Emergency exits are clearly marked and demonstrated in your pre-session briefing. In an emergency, follow marshal instructions and exit via the nearest marked door.
Incident Reporting
Any injury, near-miss or incident, however minor, should be reported to a marshal immediately. We log all incidents and review safety procedures regularly.
