What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, name, email, phone, date of birth (for age verification), party details and payment information when booking. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
How We Use It
We use your data to manage bookings, take payment, send booking confirmations and reminders, comply with health & safety requirements, improve our services, and, only with your consent, send marketing emails about offers and events.
Lawful Basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (bookings), legal obligation (safety records), legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies).
Sharing

Retention
