Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings may be rescheduled or refunded up to 48 hours before your slot. Within 48 hours we can issue a credit for a future session. No-shows are non-refundable. We may cancel sessions due to technical issues or events outside our control and will offer a refund or reschedule.

Use of the Venue

You agree to follow all marshal instructions, signage and safety rules (see our Health & Safety page). We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving dangerously, abusively, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.

Subject to consumer law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
